Exchanges & Returns
Mamaya accepts exchanges on all items purchased on our website because we understand that you may not find the perfect fit the first time around. We are happy to assist you with exchanging your item(s) for another size, color, or style.
You only need to return the piece(s) you wish to exchange. Once we have received your exchange and it has been inspected, we will do our best to send your desired exchange within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchanged item(s). For international customers (customers outside of the United States and Canada), it will take approximately 2-3 weeks for your exchange shipment to arrive back to you. Please keep in mind, when making an exchange you may not be guaranteed your specified size, style or color if we do not have it in stock.
Mamaya does not mass produce which means each piece is part of limited range. Mamaya does not offer refunds/returns and will only accommodate exchanges.
All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
How does the exchange process work?
- For all exchanges, the request must be submitted to info@mamaya.co within 7 business days from the date of receiving the item. Any Exchange Requests that exceed this time frame will not be accepted.
- To begin the Exchange Request, please send us an e-mail to receive an approval. Upon receiving an approval for your Exchange Request, we will provide you with address details.
- Once exchange has been approved by us, please complete and print the following Exchange Form and send it to us with the item(s) you wish to exchange within 5 business days of receiving the approval.
We will not accept any exchanges that do not meet the above requirements.
Mamaya does not cover any exchange shipping and handling costs and cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned for an exchange. We highly recommend using a registered post service to exchange your item(s) and keeping a record of tracking details.
What if my item(s) arrive damaged or there is a fault?
To ensure that you receive only the highest quality item(s), we individually inspect all garments before shipping. In the unlikely case that your item is faulty, you have 21 days from the date of receiving to return your item(s). Your first step for a return is to contact us and we will provide you with a return address. If you have a faulty item please also include your original order confirmation with the item and a description of the fault. Once we have received your item(s), we will assess the fault and determine whether to issue a full refund, repair, or replace your item(s). If your original item is no longer in stock for a replacement, you will be issued an electronic credit.
Mamaya will not repair color fading and running, lack of elasticity, and fabric deterioration. To prolong the life of your garment, please follow the care instructions found on the label and on our website. Mamaya garments are made from delicate fabrics and over time will experience wear and tear.
Mamaya holds a no warranty policy. Some item(s) may appear to be a slightly different shade than they actually are due to different qualities in computer screens.
