Shipping & Delivery
All International Orders are shipped with Canada Post or FedEx, depending on what you pick. All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post (see chart below for rates and estimated shipping times).
We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 CAD. Orders below $300 will be required to pay a shipping fee.

Tracked Packet International 10-14 Business Days $60
FedEx International Economy® 4-6 Business Days (Calculated at checkout) Approximately $100 depending on weight of package

Please keep in mind that you may browse our website in the currency of your choice (CAD, USD, GBP, AUD, EUR) but you will always check out in CAD (Canadian currency). The shipping rates on our website are also listed in CAD.
Mamaya has no control over delays and is not responsible for them. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.
All orders processed during business hours Monday - Friday are dispatched the following business day. Please provide a phone number when ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes.
Mamaya is not responsible for any customs duties and fees or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Pre-Orders FAQ
I ordered an item on pre-order as well as an item currently in stock. When can I expect to receive my items?
If you have purchased an item currently available as well as an item for pre-order, we will automatically combine your purchase and distribute your order once the pre-ordered style is available. If you would like to get the other item/s sooner, please contact us at info@mamaya.co so we can invoice you for additional postage and get your item to you ASAP.
I ordered an item on pre-order but have changed my mind. Can I cancel?
No. We cannot cancel any orders, however we may be able to edit your pre-order for a different size/style.
I ordered an item on pre-order but it's taking too long. Can I cancel?
Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated time frame for delivery. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a potential delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are only estimates and are subject to change without notice. Our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.
